Outlining Images
This tutorial shows you how to outline images on Paint Shop Pro.
Create a new image which is big enough to fit your image on Paint Shop Pro.
Fill the new image in with your outline colour then paste your image as floating on the new image.
Click on Selections -> Modify -> Expand. In the expand selection window, select the number of pixels (for your outline) and then click OK.
Copy the outlined image and paste it as a new image or paste it onto your graphic!
Note: You cannot save transparent images as .gif on Paint Shop Pro.
